How it goes
Day 1: a written scope (one page, the job, the guardrails, what it may touch). Day 2-3: build and burn-in on our hardware, then handover on yours. Week 2: tuning pass from the logs. Then the care clock starts. Cancel the month whenever; the agent and its history are yours, exported.
